An apple a day. . .

keeps the doctor away. Well, I purposely went to the doctor for the fun, yearly physical. We talked about a large variety of items. Tests needed before I head back to PNG: EKG, mammogram, colonoscopy. Most of those will happen next month. Fun, thrills, & excitement.

We did also talk about my fibromyalgia and ways to handle that well. I did begin a one month trial of a medicine to handle symptoms better. I don’t pray, I do have some concerns. Please pray that we make a wise decision.

It was also interesting, my blood work showed an infection, so I am also on a strong antibiotic. My body today is not happy with new medicines. So, today’s plan includes work & rest periods alternating.
