Second week of building

April 19, 2014

Today is completes the second week of building on the new literacy & translation office. As I type, I am enjoying the view of the clean laundry on the line and the work happening further away on the building. I hear the hammers pound, and occasionally the generator starts up and then the whine of a saw. Lindsey is out for her Saturday run. It is too funny, the Onobasulu kids think this great fun, and a large group of them are trailing along behind her. Better than Saturday morning cartoons!

I was sorting through construction pictures on my computer to pick the best picture to show this week’s progress. However, this photo that I snapped a couple of evenings ago, really won my heart and so here is my photo of the week. A new carpenter in training:
