Family Thoughts

January 2, 2015

I miss my brother. As children, we were very close. Of course, we had our normal sibling squabbles, but really we got on fairly well. As teenagers, we did have differing tastes, and our opinions clashed, but still we knew we loved each other. I was so blessed that my brother had such a sweet and generous heart. Today is the anniversary of his death. So, as everyone else celebrates the new year, our family’s thoughts also remember the joy and privilege we had of knowing my brother. As I just spent the holidays with his family, I know that my brother would have loved and cherished his children and grandchildren.

Have a blessed new year, and cherish your loved ones! Tell someone today that you love them!

I love this picture of you two! Your family is covered in prayers, especially today.

I just saw this Beverly. I had forgotten it’d been so short of time since his passing. It’s good you have such precious memories of him.
