Catching up with Beverly

My dear blog family, I know that you were thinking, did Beverly just walk to close to the edge and fall off? We are only half of the way through building that building! Give us more photos! And hopefully, soon, those photos will appear.

However, I was just too tired and too busy to get the posts done. I had hoped to finish about the translation and literacy building before I began teaching a course here at Ukarumpa. Then I would talk about the course. I have now finished the Learning that Lasts course. This focuses on adult education, especially we were training those who teach adults. The course was good, but intense. With God’s grace, I made it. There are so many exciting things that happened, maybe I’ll share more later.

The very night the course ended, I got some hard news from my family. Please pray as God leads me and my family through some decisions. We need grace and wisdom. This is about all my tired brain can handle now. I hope soon to share more details. Have a blessed weekend!
